	Credit Card Customer Policy:

	Please note: When using your valid credit card to make purchases on our e-commerce website, which is located on our shop page, please make sure the information associated with the credit card you provide matches the billing address associated with your card. If the information you provide does not match the information that your issuing bank has on file associated with your credit card, your transaction will be declined and you will receive an error message.


	Privacy Policy:

	Our privacy policy at kimparker.tv is clear and straighforward --We absolutely do not share, sell or disclose any customer information to anyone. Our customers can shop on our secure website with complete confidence that all of their personal information provided to purchase our products is safe and secure.

	Shipping Information:


	We ship worldwide and use UPS, USPS, Fedex & DHL. Once your order is placed and payment is received in full, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number and date your package will arrive. For express orders, there is a $40 extra fee. Please select which shipping option you would like for your order.

	International Shipping Information:

	ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: YOUR TOTAL AMOUNT PAYED DOES NOT INCLUDE VAT (Value Added Tax ) AND DUTIES. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE CHARGES.


	Custom Orders:

	If your desired product is not in stock, you can place a custom order. For example, if you would like to order a designer rug that is not in stock, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the retail price of the rug would be required before your order would be processed. Once your payment is received, we will place the order. When your designer rug is created in 3-4 months, the remaining balance will be due at that time. Once full payment is received and processed, we will notify you and send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and date of delivery and ship your rug to the address you have provided. Please Note: All custom rug order sales are final (rugs not created in standard sizes, ovals and circles). We are an online merchant and custom order rug retailer and do not keep inventory. Custom sized rugs not in standard sizes are too difficult to resell. Therefore, all custom rug order sales are final and no refunds are given. Custom Order Fees: There is a $100.00 fee for all custom order Kim Parker ® rugs and runners sizes 4x6, 5x7 & 6x9. There is a $300.00 fee for all custom order Kim Parker ® rugs and runners larger than 6x9. There is a lead time of 3-4 months for Kim Parker designer rugs, runners and pillows since they are handmade in India. For all custom orders, please send an email to: customorders@kimparker.tv

	Refund Policy:

	We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However if you would like to return your purchase for a full refund, we have a twenty day return policy requiring proof and date of purchase, and providing that the purchased product arrives in the same condition that it was originally shipped to you (brand new). If these conditions are met, we will provide you with a full refund by either company check or money order. The full refund policy does not apply to the category of designer rugs and runners. Since we require a 50% Non-refundable deposit for these products before they are created, a refund would only be applied to the remaining 50% balance due on the rug or runner, plus shipping charges back to our New York showroom. In order to receive the partial refund, the rug or runner would have to be returned to our New York showroom in the same condition (BRAND NEW) that it was originally shipped to the customer. Any damage to the rug or runner would disqualify the customer from reciving a partial refund.

	Return / Cancellation Policy:
