| We ship worldwide and use UPS, USPS, Fedex & DHL. Once your order is placed and payment is received in full, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number and date your package will arrive. For express orders, there is a $40 extra fee. Please select which shipping option you would like for your order. | |
| Custom Orders: | |
| If your desired product is not in stock, you can place a custom order. For example, if you would like to order a designer rug that is not in stock, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the retail price of the rug would be required before your order would be processed. Once your payment is received, we will place the order. When your order is shipped to our warehouse, the remaining balance will be due at that time. Once full payment is received and processed, we will notify you and send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and date of delivery. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However if you would like to return your purchase for a full refund, we have a twenty day return policy requiring proof and date of purchase, and providing that the purchased product arrives in the same condition that it was originally shipped to you (brand new). If these conditions are met, we will provide you with a full refund by either company check or money order. |
