When you place an order for a Kim Parker product, you can expect to receive a product of the highest quality, integrity, originality and craftsmanship -- the core values that our company is founded on. Each product we offer features an original textile design created by Kim Parker. All Kim Parker designer rugs and runners are handmade in India by artisans employing traditional hand weaving and knotting techniques. It takes approximately 3-4 months to create each Kim Parker designer rug or runner. 100% New Zealand wool is used to create each product, so the quality of every rug is very high-end.

Since every yarn is dyed by hand, there may be slight variations in color during the creation of each individual rug or runner. The designer herself insists on the highest standards of quality, integrity and craftsmanship for every product that carries the Kim Parker label.

Due to the nature of all our handmade designer rugs and runners, which are produced in India and are all hand washed and dried in the sun, certain small variations with regard to the dimensions of any rug or runner can change slightly due to shrinkage during the washing and drying process. These potential changes in both length and width of each rug or runner are due to the Natural elements such as monsoon rains or excessive temperatures. All hand woven rugs are affected by the natural elements of the environment that they are created in. For this reason, there may be minor size variations from the dimensions of the original order placed. The beauty of all our handmade products involves the understanding of these elemental factors.

Please Note: All custom rug order sales are final (rugs not created in standard sizes, ovals and circles). We are an online merchant and custom order rug retailer and do not keep inventory. Custom sized rugs not in standard sizes are too difficult to resell. Therefore, all custom rug order sales are final and no refunds are given.

Designer Rugs & Runners:

Before placing an order for a Kim Parker designer rug or runner which is not in stock, you must first read and agree to our company's standard terms and agreement policy which is provided here:

There are two ways that you can purchase a Kim Parker designer rug or runner:

You will see a button near check out where FULL PAYMENT (plus shipping) can be made. There is also another button for a HALF payment which is an initial 50% Non-Refundable deposit. In both cases, whether FULL Payment or HALF Payment, 50% of the total cost of the rug is a commitment to the production of your rug order and is Non-Refundable.

Once we receive your 50% Non-Refundable deposit on your rug order, we will place your order. When your order is delivered to our warehouse, approximately 3-4 months later, the remaining balance will be due. Once your full payment is received, your order will be shipped to the address you have provided. A final invoice will be sent to you which will include the remaining cost of shipping, handling and the appropriate tax.

The final payment is refundable ONLY if the customer is dissatisfied with the product, and if the product is returned in the same condition (BRAND NEW) that it was originally sent in. Once we have received your rug in its original, undamaged, unmarked, clean (BRAND NEW) condition, we will send a company check or money order in the amount of your second payment, to the address provided. The customer is responsible for ALL return shipping charges and costs. The time frame for refunds and returns is 30 days after the product has been paid for in full and delivered. Any return that exceeds this 30 day period will not be accepted. (Refunds are not available for custom orders. All custom order sales are final.)

Our Kim Parker pillows and throws are made of 100% New Zealand wool, so our products are of the highest quality. Kim Parker Designer Fabric:

When placing an order for Kim Parker designer fabric for upholstery, there is a five (5) yard minimum. Once your order is placed and payment is received, your fabric will be cut, packaged, and sent to the address you have provided. Once your order has been fully processed, we will not accept any returns, or provide any refunds on designer fabric. All sales are final.

Credit Card Customer Policy:

Please note: When using your valid credit card to make purchases on our e-commerce website, which is located on our shop page, please make sure the information associated with the credit card you provide matches the billing address associated with your card. If the information you provide does not match the information that your issuing bank has on file associated with your credit card, your transaction will be declined and you will receive an error message.
